A Walk on the Wild-side (Cradle Moon, SA)

Another great hiking spot in Johannesburg perfect for a quick morning hike is Cradle Moon. Picturesque trails that follow the Cradle Moon River and get you really close to some cool animals. Highly recommend going early in the morning to see the animals grazing. This reserve also has a cool mountain bike trail with some unique obstacles. There are several trails to choose from and there is a snack shop at the entrance. There is also a lovely restaurant with great coffee and delicious food to treat yourself to after a long walk in nature.
