Cancun's Stunning Cenote Dos Ojos

I finally got to visit the long-awaited cenote "Dos Ojos" 💙. With limited tour options and fewer visitors, this spot truly felt like a hidden gem. As I ventured through areas with low ceilings resembling a limestone cave, I suddenly found myself in a vast open space. To my surprise, it was filled with numerous bats 🦇! Exploring the cave-like tunnels with a flashlight in hand made me feel like an adventurer, and it was incredibly exciting. The contrast between the crystal-clear water and the mystical cave environment left a lasting impression. 💡 Recommended Highlights: • The reflection of light on the water's surface is truly magical and breathtaking. • Compared to other cenotes, there are fewer tours and visitors, allowing for a quieter experience. • The mystical open space that unfolds after passing through the limestone cave tunnels. • Experience nature in its purest form, with bats and rays of light streaming in. • A popular spot for snorkeling and diving. While Cancun's blue ocean is undoubtedly beautiful, the natural wonders of the cenote offer a unique and extraordinary experience. If you're looking for something special, this is a must-visit destination ✨.

#falladventures If you tired of autumn rain and wind I would definitely recommend you to visit Tulum (Mexico) It’s not super crowded with tourists like it will be during the winter. And it’s not 90% humid like it was during summer time Once you’re at the airport you can either hire a car and drive yourself around the Yucatan which would be a very cool way to see it all at your own pace. Shuttles and taxis will be lined up to take you directly to Tulum from the airport, this can be expensive but if you have a group to share it with it could be ok. The buses are the usual way to get around Mexico. The ADO buses are honestly excellent. Big comfortable seats and good leg room they are how we got almost everywhere in Mexico. Prices are pretty good compared to other options. You can book ADO buses in advance. Remember that Tulum is more expensive than other Mexican towns but it is possible to visit it on a budget. Where to stay in Tulum? This is a really important decision! You’ve got 2 main options, downtown Tulum town or the beach. They are going to cost different prices and offer a different experience. The cheaper option will be Tulum town. We stayed here at a great apartment with a pool and easy walking access to downtown, a huge supermarket and the road to the ruins and the beach. Soon I’ll share my stay recommendations and also things to do there
