Mori Garden in Roppongi

#2024wish Mohri Garden (named after the astronaut Dr. Mamoru Mohri) is in Roppongi Hills right outside TV Asahi building. It is a small Japanese garden with waterfalls, streams, plants, trees (especially cherry blossom trees) and a pond in the center. The fish you see in the pond is medaka, they are offsprings of the fish Dr. Mohri took with him to space. The gold heart sculpture, “Kin no Kokoro” (by Jean-Michel Othoniel) is at the pond. Naturally, it is a place to go “hanami”, to enjoy the beauty of sakura.
