This site is more than just a natural cave; it’s a legendary place where Greek mythology and North African traditions intertwine, making it a beloved destination for many. 🏛️ Mythological Tales According to legend, the Greek hero Hercules stayed here while completing one of his twelve labors. Another tale suggests that Hercules split Europe and Africa apart, creating the Strait of Gibraltar. Thus, the cave is not merely a tourist spot but a mythical site tied to the hero who shaped the boundaries of continents. 🌊 A Cave Connected to the Atlantic Inside the cave, the natural rock walls appear as if they were intricately carved. The most famous feature is the large opening facing the sea, which resembles the outline of the African continent and is known as the 'Africa Window.'
