Taiping - so called Raintown with Rain Tree

This will be a short tip, but with a few (hopefully) pretty pictures. If you’re in Taiping, do take time out to visit the lake garden Taiping and attached park. From historical wise, it was established in the 1880s, and was apparently the first public garden in what is now Malaysia. Rain tree walk is the main attraction in Taiping Lake Garden. There is a slanted tree fell on the road and still alive, beautifully. 🌳 It’s really beautiful, with the sun rising over the mountains to the east, the jungle-lite flora, and the wildlife.
