Mouthwatering Salmon Sushi (yea!) and more

Eh hello! Today I went to Genki Sushi at I12 Katong and wah, it was really not bad! First of all, the place was super clean and the service was really fast. I didn't have to wait long for my food at all. And let me tell you, the sushi was really fresh and delicious. I especially loved the salmon and tuna sushi. The rice was perfectly cooked and the fish just melted in my mouth. I also tried some of their other dishes like the miso soup and the parfait. The miso soup was piping hot and had just the right balance of miso and mushroom. The parfait was okay (but I find it not cold enough, hee).
