When I think about Singapore, the first things that usually come to mind are skyscrapers, shopping malls, busy streets and modern attractions. But during my trip, I discovered a completely different side of the city at Victoria Lily Pond. After spending time exploring Singapore’s urban attractions, walking around this area felt like pressing a pause button. The moment I arrived, the atmosphere immediately felt calmer. The huge Victoria water lilies floating across the pond created such a beautiful natural scene, and I honestly didn’t expect to find something this peaceful in the middle of a city like Singapore.
