Supertree Grove Singapore: My Unexpected Nature Escape in the Middle of the City

When I planned my Singapore city break, I expected the usual busy streets, shopping malls, skyscrapers and endless walking. But one place completely changed that feeling for me is Supertree Grove at Gardens by the Bay. Standing underneath those enormous futuristic trees, I almost forgot that I was in one of the busiest cities in Southeast Asia. What I loved most was the contrast. Around me were modern buildings and Singapore’s famous skyline, but right in front of me was this huge garden filled with greenery. The Supertrees looked almost unreal, especially when I stood underneath them and looked straight up. It felt like walking into a scene from a futuristic movie. I visited during my city break and ended up spending much longer here than I expected. I walked around slowly, took photos from different angles and simply enjoyed the atmosphere.
