Osteria Mozza Singapore now at Ion Singapore

Have you ever had a Black Truffle Sundae? 🍨 🖤 . You can now try one at Osteria Mozza Singapore, newly relocated to ION Orchard. The Black Truffle Sundae was a fun sweet-savoury combination of black truffle, brown butter and buttered breadcrumbs. I loved the buttery crumbs, which added a salty, toasty crunch that worked well with the ice cream. . Also enjoyed all the bread-based dishes. I want more of their Pizza alla Pala, Osteria Mozza’s take on Roman street food, served as a long pizza with a super light and crisp crust. We picked the Fennel Sausage with panna, mozzarella, red onion and scallion, and the flavour combi was so yummy. . Nancy’s Caesar was an interesting take on caesar salad, served as an open-faced sandwich, with egg, leek and anchovy crostini. The Mozzarella di Bufala & Condimenti features bread strips to be eaten with creamy mozzarella, basil pesto, salsa romesco, black olive tapenade and caperberry relish. . For mains, the Rigatoni alla Vodka was creamy and comforting, though for me it was more decent than a must-order. The Grilled Whole Sea Bream with fine herbs was fresh and simply prepared, although do eat carefully as there are quite a few fine bones. We also had the Grilled Broccolini with Dijon vinaigrette on the side.
