📍 GM Food Centre A local favorite recommended by residents, featuring some truly unique local eats: 🍲 Kiang Kee Klang Bak Kut Teh: The herbal broth is deeply aromatic and rich. With pork ribs, pork belly, and meatballs, the portion is generous enough for two. 🥗 Rojak: A refreshing mix of fresh pineapple, cucumber, and crispy dough sticks tossed in a signature shrimp paste and topped with crushed peanuts. 🌯 Popiah: A traditional local snack recommended by residents. Stuffed with jicama and egg salad, every bite is packed with layers of texture. ☕ Broadway Coffee: Finish your meal with a classic local hot coffee. The rich aroma is the perfect way to end the meal. 📍 Chinatown Complex This bustling hub is full of local flavor, where you'll find office workers queuing for "economical rice" at noon. It's located right next to the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, whose grand Tang Dynasty-style architecture is well worth a visit. 🍲 White Pepper Bak Kut Teh: My mom wanted to try a different style before heading back to Hong Kong. Unlike the rich Malaysian herbal style at GM Food Centre, this clear broth has a distinct peppery kick and warmth. The large ribs are stewed to tender perfection—both styles have their own unique charm. 🍤 Nyonya Kueh Pie Tee: A Michelin-recommended local delicacy. These crispy pastry cups are filled with jicama and fresh shrimp, offering a delightful balance of crunch, sweetness, and a hint of spice. They are as beautiful as they are delicious!

Singapore 🇸🇬✨
The city is clean and very easy to get around. The MRT covers almost every point. Traveling independently is super convenient! There are famous landmarks like Marina Bay Sands, Merlion, Gardens by the Bay, and beautiful photo spots like Chinatown and Haji Lane. There's also a huge variety of food, especially at Hawker Centres, which are more affordable than regular restaurants. It's perfect for a 3-4 day trip! 🌆🚇🍜
From Bangkok → Singapore 🇸🇬✈️ The most convenient way is to fly directly from Suvarnabhumi (BKK) or Don Mueang (DMK) to Singapore Changi Airport (SIN). The flight takes approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes – 2 hours and 40 minutes.

Once you arrive at Changi Airport, it's very easy to get into the city. You can take the MRT from the airport to the Marina Bay/City Hall area, which takes about 40-50 minutes, or call a Grab/Taxi for about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic.

If you're traveling for 3-4 days, I recommend staying near Bugis, City Hall, or Chinatown because it's convenient for getting around by MRT and easy to reach the main landmarks. 🚇✨

THE MANY FACES OF SINGAPORE 🇸🇬.

One country – a thousand styles

Do you know what's so magical about Singapore? It doesn't have one face. And it doesn't have one national costume. ✨

This country is woven from cultures, and its true identity lies in its ability to be diverse. The traditions of the Malay, Chinese, and Indian communities, along with the unique Peranakan culture, are intertwined here. That's why Singapore's national dress is a veritable parade of beauty! 👇

For her (women's looks):

🎎 The Cheongsam (Qipao) represents the elegance of Chinese women. This outfit is a true classic for holidays and the Lunar New Year.

👗 The Sarong Kebaya is the signature look of Peranakan women. The combination of a sheer blouse and vibrant batik creates an incredibly feminine and sophisticated look.

👘 The Baju Kurung represents freedom and modesty. A long tunic and ankle-length skirt are the traditional choice of Malay beauties.

🥻 The sari is the grandeur of India. Its shimmering fabrics and graceful draping are instantly captivating.

For him (men's looks):

🧍♂️ Baju Melayu is a Malay classic (shirt and sarong) for special ceremonies.

🎩 The sherwani is a truly royal attire for Indian men. Silk, velvet, and rich embroidery make this frock coat a work of art.

🎎 Tangzhuang and Samfu are Chinese heritage garments that men wear to honor the traditions of their ancestors.

And now a question for you 👇
Which of these stunning outfits do you think WE chose for our photo shoot at a Chinatown restaurant? Share your guesses in the comments! 👘💬
