I visited Ging Sun Ho today for dinner. Apparently it’s a relatively new joint in Tampines Mall. They’re known for their Sheng Jian Bao(meat dumplings) that has a broth inside. We each ordered a set. One was the crab roe with noodles and i got the Dan Dan noodles(mild spice). The set came with free flow Oolong(no sugar) or lychee drink, spring rolls and red bean dessert. We definitely got their meat dumplings and towards the end, I was given a crab roe dumpling to try. Food was pretty good. Expect to pay around $20/pax for the cheapest set. Would I be back again? Yes, if I happen to be around the area. The Scallion Noodles set is calling me 🤤 they have pork chop and chicken chop too. Yums.
