🇸🇬Singapore Dessert Recommendations

1️⃣ Birds of Paradise Gelato Boutique 📍 53 Craig Rd / 3 Lor Liput (Holland Village Branch) | Recommendation: 🌏🌏🌏🌏🌏 | Double Cone SGD 12.3 (approx. HKD 76) I had received many recommendations before my trip, so of course I had to try it! The ice cream cones at the Holland Village branch are freshly baked on-site, resulting in a crispy texture. I chose this combination both times I visited. The macadamia nut and butterfly pea flower flavor is quite creamy and sweet; I personally prefer the following: 💗 Peach & Rose Sorbet: Prominent peach flavor with a natural rose aroma, refreshing taste, perfect for Singapore's weather. 💛 Vanilla & Fig: A surprisingly delightful combination, with a rich vanilla seed flavor and visible fig pulp, moderately sweet. Sea Salt Hojicha: Rich roasted tea aroma, a Michelin Guide flavor since 2018. Cold Brew: A limited-edition flavor, coffee with nutty aromas paired with chocolate chips, offering a rich texture. 2️⃣ A Family Dessert 📍 190 Middle Rd, #02-08 Fortune Centre | Recommendation: 🌏🌏🌏🌏🌏 | Two items total SGD 14.5 (approx. HKD 89) A Chinese dessert shop that gets quite crowded in the evening. We tried two tropical fruit desserts: Mango Snow Mountain with large, fresh mango chunks and a whole scoop of mango ice cream; and Durian Cendol with a delicate durian mousse texture and rich fruit flavor, paired with coconut milk-infused cendol, creating a layered and delicious experience. 3️⃣ 99 Old Trees 📍 1 Teo Hong Rd | Recommendation: 🌏🌏🌏 | SGD 12.9 (approx. HKD 79) A durian specialty shop near Chinatown, easily accessible. This time I ordered the various durian-flavored Durian Hoot Chendul. The durian portions were generous, and the shaved ice was plentiful. However, I personally found their cendol a bit too salty, which didn't suit my taste. 4️⃣ Queic Olivia 📍 41 Kreta Ayer Rd | Recommendation: 🌏🌏🌏🌏🌏 | Two items total SGD 27.5 (approx. HKD 158) A cheesecake shop near Chinatown, with a very cute yellow mosaic decor. Swiss Gruyère Cheesecake: Shaped exactly like Tom & Jerry's cheesecake, topped with a rich and smooth apricot jam.
