#skylinescapes The moment I saw Parkview Square, I thought — is this really Singapore, or have I suddenly walked into Gotham? Standing proudly near Bugis, this magnificent building has a completely different character from the sleek glass towers around it. Dark, dramatic and incredibly elegant, its Art Deco architecture, bronze details and towering presence make it look like something straight out of a Batman movie. The statues surrounding the building add even more drama. I could almost imagine Gotham’s mysterious characters gathering here after dark! What fascinates me most is how confidently Parkview Square stands apart. It doesn’t try to follow Singapore’s modern skyline — it creates its own world. I kept looking up, changing angles and taking photos because every view seemed to reveal another beautiful detail. For me, this is the magic of exploring Singapore slowly. You turn a corner expecting an ordinary city scene, and suddenly… BOOM — Gotham appears right in front of you. Elegant. Mysterious. Dramatic. Definitely one of those Singapore buildings that makes you stop, stare and say, “WOW!” #hotdiscussions
