Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service and Unique Touches

The hotel is truly stunning, and the staff were exceptional. After arriving early in the morning from our cruise, we had breakfast before heading over. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a white owl statue, which felt a little eerie at first. But the receptionist, Eleina, explained it was the hotel’s "mascot" and integral to its character. We planned to do some exploring, but to our surprise, our room was already prepared. Although we had booked an accessible room, we were offered a different one instead. Eleina kindly escorted us there, ensured we were satisfied, and allowed us to check in right away at 9am, which we greatly appreciated. She also took the time to show us around and provided many recommendations for spots to visit in Santose and Singapore. Her suggestions, especially for street food and hawker centers, turned out to be fantastic, and we managed to visit nearly all of them. Additionally, we joined a hotel tour with Dave, which was amazing. He shared the history of Santose in detail—it was both fascinating and slightly eerie. The hotel’s location was a highlight; Universal Studios was just a three-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient, particularly for wheelchair users. We even enjoyed the VIP experience at Universal Studios and went on the cyclone roller coaster two days in a row! Big thanks to Laurus for making our first Singapore trip so unforgettable.
