Quirky Theme with Excellent Service but Minor Flaws

A quirky and fun theme—ideal for a staycation to unwind from work. Overall, it was a great experience. I valued the thoughtful details, like the pillow selection and in-room clothes steamer; small touches truly make a difference. The room could use better soundproofing due to noticeable noise, and the coffee machine wasn't descaled, which was disappointing as we hoped to try the Singapore-flavored capsules. Despite that, guest services and in-room dining were outstanding—both swift and professional. The food at Kaya and Café Standard was highly enjoyable.
