Marina Bay Sands

If Singapore is on your bucket list, you shouldn't miss Marina Bay Sands because that is where the Merlion and boat shape hotel are, which is Singapore is very famous for. You can stroll around Marina Bay and witness the Supertree Grove light up for 1 hour for free. If you have budget, you can enter the Flower dome which is filled with flowers and they change flowers every month or so, we went this Octoner so the theme was Sunflowers. We also went inside cloud forest which has Jurassic park theme. The Dinosaurs felt real . Lastly we climbed up OCBC skyway which has a nice overview of the Supertree Grove and the Singapore flyer as well. #singaporeguide #singapore #majulahsingapura

Merlion Park

Singapore truly levels up the city game — think rainforests, skyscrapers, and epic waterfront vibes all packed into one dazzling spot 🌃🌳. My latest adventure proved that this city never disappoints, whether you’re chilling by the river or marveling at futuristic gardens. Don’t sleep on its airport either; it’s probably the coolest you’ll ever land in! Top Spots to Visit: 🦁 Merlion (Open all day, Singapore): Snap your mandatory photo with Singapore’s iconic mascot — best in the early morning for peaceful vibes and fewer crowds. 🎡 Merlion Park (Open all day, 1 Fullerton Rd): Perfect for city skyline shots, especially at sunset with dreamy rain clouds over the river. 🌸 Gardens by the Bay (09:00–21:00, 18 Marina Gardens Dr): Jaw-dropping glass-domed gardens; don’t miss the cloud forest and waterfall inside. Go early for magical sunlight streaks and fewer people. 🌲 Supertree Grove (05:00–02:00, 18 Marina Gardens Dr): Wander under giant glowing trees at night — the “Garden Rhapsody” light show turns this place into a neon wonderland. 🏙️ Sands SkyPark Observation Deck (10:00–16:30, 17:00–22:00, Hotel 10 Bayfront Ave): Pro tip: Sunset is breathtaking here — you get panoramic views of rivers, city lights, and lush gardens all at once. Getting Around: Use the MRT for cheap, clean rides everywhere! Taxis are quick if you’re out late (especially post-Supertree Grove). Walking is also doable, thanks to covered walkways — clutch for sudden rain! Food: Hit up hawker centers like Lau Pa Sat for local eats. Get chili crab, Hainanese chicken rice, and fresh tropical fruit juices. Destination Tips: Singapore is super safe and easy; English works everywhere, no visa needed for most passports, and weather is tropical — pack a rain jacket and lightweight clothes. #SingaporeViews #NextLevelCity #TravelSmart #UrbanNature #tripdotcom
