Anyway, the new space is huge! Even with their central kitchen at the back, there’s more than enough dine-in seats. On top of that, there’s a whole area dedicated for their open display where they present their pastries. Kinda reminds us of the cafés in Korea like Nudake. We tried their outlet-exclusive 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗰 & 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲. Honestly, we aren’t big fans of it.. The dish felt mushy and there wasn’t an 𝘰𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘩 factor to it. The cheese pull is great though! 🧀 On the other hand, the 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗿 is pretty decent! The crust is flaky and the apple compote has a syrupy sweetness to it; although it would be better if there’s more filling to it. 🍏 #singaporetrip#cafe
