The St. Regis Breakfast - Epicurean Omelette

One of the highlights for each of our staycations is the breakfast and St. Regis raised the bar high on this one! Breakfast is served at Brasserie Les Saveurs and we were seated in a more private corner with floor-to-ceiling drapes. First choice was the Epicurean Omelette and this is definitely the star in their breakfast menu. This luxurious omelette was served not only with chunks of lobster and prawn but topped with caviar as well.
