East is my favourite area in Singapore, there are so many instagramable places and local food to explore 🤍 I would say best part of Singapore can be found at East side, from cultural experience to culinary adventure! And i love how the residential are very low density at East area and no sky scrapper, still look like very old style of Singapore.. 🏷 Save this for your future visit to Singapore! Things to do in East of Singapore: 1. Explore neighbourhood - instagramable spot to visit: Koon Seng Road Pastel Houses, Joo Chiat Community Center, Red House, street art mural. 2. Try local dishes: Laksa, Nasi Lemak, Rice Dumpling and Nyonya Kuih ( My fav: Lapis Sagu & Kueh Salat) 3. Experience the culture: Check out Kim Choo and Rumah Bebe 4. Cafe hopping: Baba Chew Cafe, Chin Mee Chin, Cafe Natsu, Tigerlily Patisserie, Bird of Paradise Gelato 5. Picnic at East Coast 6.
