Singapore's Arwaa mansion is a result of merging two pieces of property and sits on a land area of about 110,000 sq ft! For a gauge on how big that is, imagine 92 five-room HDB flats combined - that's how big it is. Being on top of a hill and standing on such a large piece of land, this is Singapore's most expensive property and is estimated to be worth around $120 million. Nassim Road is filled with gorgeous colonial mansions and the Arwaa mansion is no exception. Owned by Prince Jefri Bolkiah, a member of Brunei's royal family, the mansion is also known as the Prince Jefri Bolkiah house.
