Recently, I embarked on a romantic journey to Shaoxing East Lake. The beauty of this water town in the south of the Yangtze River made me linger and forget to return. Ticket Information Firstly, regarding tickets, the original price for Shaoxing East Lake is 50 yuan per ticket, free of charge before the end of March. Recommended Travel Route My travel route mainly consists of two parts: hiking up the mountain and taking a boat tour of the lake. After entering from the entrance, I chose to hike up the mountain. Although this route is somewhat steep, the scenery along the way is absolutely worth it. The trees provide ample shade, and the air is filled with the fragrance of flowers and the sound of birds, making every step full of surprises. Once you reach the top of the mountain, you can overlook the entire beauty of East Lake, and the sense of awe is truly indescribable. After descending the mountain, I highly recommend taking a boat tour of the lake. The boat gently sways on the lake, with a gentle breeze caressing your face, making one feel refreshed and at ease. The lake water is so clear that you can see to the bottom, and the fish swim joyfully in the water, as if welcoming every visitor. Check-in Spots and Features During my visit, I discovered several spots worth checking in. The first is the filming location for 'Journey to the West'; standing on the bridge, you can imagine the scenes from the filming days, as if traveling through time back to that era. Another is the Peach Blossom Cave, where the scenery is picturesque, making it an excellent spot for taking photos and creating memories.
