This Hui Shi Jia Zhu Que (Oriental Department Store) has been open for four years and is one of my favorites🏆 Adhering to the concept of eating in season, they serve authentic Guangzhou cuisine based on traditional dishes. The main color is pure black with gold, and the retro crystal chandelier, hollow dragon scale screen, and Yangzhou lacquer painting🕋 that come into view are all exquisite and incredibly beautiful. There are also private rooms available, which are elegant and can accommodate many people, making them suitable for both business banquets and family gatherings! 📋Dishes ➰Salt and Pepper Eel The eel🐟 is stir-fried in a wok, and it is crispy and fragrant when you bite into it. The meat is fat and chewy, especially the flavor of the salt and pepper🧂, which is very tempting. It's also great to eat on its own! ➰Garlic Prawn The prawns🦐 are all very plump, firm and chewy. After being cooked with garlic, the flavor penetrates inside🧄. The strong garlic flavor is mouthwatering, and you can't stop eating them. ➰Secret Recipe Pig's Feet The pig's feet are very flavorful🍖, and the thick oil and red sauce are delicious!
