Khao Dinsor or Pencil Hill in Saphli Chumphon, Thailand is well known by the bird enthusiasts who observe migrating birds of prey such as hawks, falcons, eagles, vultures and other bird species from September to November. Based on preliminary observations, the estimated population is between 250,000 and 500,000 raptors of at least 25 species, including five Accipiter species, the most of any watch site in the world.
