Coconut Dream Corridor Over 20 kilometers of coconut palm-lined beaches, a seaside that locals often visit too. Avoid the beaches near Bihai Lantian bus station and the 425 Hospital, as they are crowded and the photos taken there are cluttered. If you want to take pictures, try walking westward, opposite the Haiyun Hotel or at the Beautiful New Coast, both are very photogenic. 2. West Island Worth a visit! The scenery here is truly beautiful. Compared to the free beaches, the sky is bluer and the water clearer on West Island. It's recommended to go early in the morning when it's not too hot. The popular photo spots in the fishing village are less crowded then. If you want to experience the simple local customs of the fishing village more deeply, you can stay on the island for a night. When the tide goes out, take some tools and go sea foraging, be a happy islander for a day! 3. Nanshan Temple I go there almost every Chinese New Year with my parents to pray for blessings. The 108-meter-tall sea goddess Guanyin statue is spectacular. It's a place to burn incense, worship Buddha, and experience Buddhist culture. Dress appropriately when entering the scenic area, remove sunglasses and hats when praying, and keep the noise down. You need to climb seven floors to 'embrace Buddha's feet', and the view of the sea from there is a vast expanse of blue, merging with the sky, truly beautiful. 4. Tianya Haijiao A spot that older people like but young people are not keen on. After entering the scenic area, walking westward along the coast, you can see the End of the Earth and the Corner of the Sea stones. In fact, there's not much to do but look at big rocks. Dadonghai A free 5A scenic spot, with many man-made scenes suitable for wedding photography and photo check-ins. However, some areas are fenced off and charge a fee. It's quite far from the city center, the bus takes two hours and is hard to catch. If you have time, you can stroll around, but it's not highly recommended due to the strong commercial atmosphere. 6. Tianya Town Known as 'Maling' by locals, this ordinary seaside town has houses in blue and white tones. Five streets lead to the seaside, with many colorful graffiti walls and signs that are very refreshing. There's a coffee shop in every alley, and they are all very photogenic. It's super comfortable and pleasant to buy a coffee and sit for an afternoon, but make sure to go on a sunny day! 7. Wuzhizhou Island Suitable for couples, this 'island of love' has many romantic elements. You can see the 'glass sea' for real, and on a good day, you can even see schools of tropical fish. However, it's too commercialized, with many attractions requiring a sightseeing car to see. Houhai Young and energetic, suitable for beginner surfers, this small fishing village has many unique vintage shops in its alleys. The street is full of food, but the cost-performance ratio is not high. It gets lively and fun at night. The only downside is that it's too congested.
