Spring Cycling in Nanjing—Golden Zijin Mountain

🖼 The Zijin Mountain in early spring has not yet turned green, but it is already a splendid golden yellow! 📍 Upon entering the Zijin Mountain Scenic Area, there are cycling and walking greenways in different directions. The Huanling Road is particularly spectacular due to the addition of plane trees. Starting from the Sports College or Zijin Mountain Sports Park, the route passes through Linggu Temple Road to the Northwest Reservoir and then to Liuhui Pavilion. The total length is about 4 kilometers. 1.🌳 When it comes to Zijin Mountain Sports Park, many people may not be familiar with it, but the solitary tree on the hillside is an absolutely popular spot for social media check-ins! Wedding photos, portrait photos, couple photos, family photos, or just casual snaps, anyone who comes here has to take a picture with it. 🦋 On a good day, various kites also become an embellishment under the blue sky and white clouds, and of course, there are also 'large paragliding equipment'. Looking far into the Zijin Mountain, the greenery has also begun! The chrysanthemums on the side of Huanling Road are in full bloom, colorful and extremely beautiful! 2.🖼 The Northwest Reservoir on the side of Linggu Temple is also a must-visit scenic spot for me every time I come here. Of course, I also have pictures of its different scenery in all four seasons. Especially that tall and majestic tree, its reflection in the water, the scenery in late autumn is the most stunning! 3.🖼 From the greenway beside Linggu Temple Road heading north, Liuhui Pavilion is my favorite scenery in Zijin Mountain. Each season has its own colors, green in spring and summer, colorful in autumn, and snowy white in winter! Coupled with Zijin Mountain as a backdrop, and encountering such blue skies and white clouds, with the lake reflecting the scenery, occasionally ducks and water birds, or ripples caused by a gentle breeze, the artistic conception is even better! No wonder it is also a 180-degree check-in spot for photography enthusiasts! Mid-November is the most beautiful time here! 4. From Linggu Temple Road to Post Office Road, it is also a straight greenway, where there is the Republic of China Post Office Museum.
