To be precise, this is the only restaurant in Hexi Andaz Hotel, an open design combined with the lobby bar, without a sense of boundary, the design is quite good. The hotel doesn't seem to have many people during the day, but it is almost full at breakfast time. 1⃣, There is seating and beverage inquiry, the service is quite good. The tea is bagged TWG, and the iced Americano is also acceptable. 2⃣, The breakfast is semi-buffet style, but the a la carte menu is limited, with duck blood vermicelli soup, eggs Benedict and waffles, egg rolls, etc., all of which are basic dishes that should be available in a hotel of Andaz's level. 3⃣, It is said that compared to the opening period, the breakfast of this hotel has been warmly upgraded, the most noticeable is that the noodle stall has lost the highly praised long fish noodles and only left the poorly made pig stomach noodles. The duck blood vermicelli soup tastes quite good, the tofu brain, which I usually don't like, is well seasoned, but the second bowl I ordered lost its standard. 4⃣, The eggs Benedict looks good, but the cooking time of the two eggs is not uniform, one of them is overcooked and cracked after being served. The waffles were quite bad, not only were they inexplicably made with puff pastry, but they were also clearly burnt when they were shaped, and they were inedible. 5⃣, The Chinese hot dish stall has few varieties and no highlights, although the pot stickers are semi-finished, the quality is good, the filling is full and meaty. As for the Andaz lounge, it is quite shabby, located in a small corner near the terrace and elevator, with only three or four tables, fortunately there are few guests, offering all-day tea and coffee, TWG tea bags, two kinds of pastries, happy hour drinks can be ignored, offering two kinds of cakes and one kind of savory dish, although the variety is very limited, but the quality is quite good, the open sandwich is avocado salmon, I ate more than a dozen, the other cheese cake also reached the sale level, filling the stomach is not a problem, but it is indeed the simplest in Andaz in China.
