I loved it so much that I revisited it within a week. Located near the Marrakech train station, BAROMETRE Cocktails in MARRAKECH is slightly away from the bustling city center, offering a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. In addition to a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, they also serve dinner and snack menus. We made a dinner reservation and ordered two cocktails and six dishes, which totaled 1,155 dirhams (approximately 193,500 KRW). While it’s not the cheapest considering Morocco’s general cost of living, I highly recommend this spot for its ambiance and delicious cocktails. I ordered a cocktail called Rosée du Main, which contains gin, while my companion chose Lust Martini, made with vodka. Both cocktails were delightful, with the Rosée du Main featuring Moroccan rose oil that added a fragrant and refreshing touch. For dinner, we had fish steak, Marrakech mini sandwiches, fried calamari, marinated sardines, fish ceviche, and Moroccan salad. The portions were modest, so the two of us managed to finish all six dishes. The fish steak was perfectly cooked—tender and flavorful—while the fried calamari was packed with chewy squid, making it a standout dish. If you sit at the bar, you can enjoy chatting with the bartenders and watching them craft their cocktails. The bartenders were all cheerful, which added to the lively atmosphere.
