Blue Moon Valley - Lijiang

Getting There - busses departing from Lijiang. If you go by car, it’s around 36km from Lijiang and 100 Yuan entry without cable car tickets. cycling is beautiful and I would recommend although it’s hilly. Attractions - Blue moon valley has a few nice lakes and it’s the gateway to Jade Snow Mountain. Lovely views. Hotels - Hotels near the village around 10kms out but not too much choice. best to stay in Lijiang and just visit for the day. Food & Restaurants - there are only a couple of places to buy food and drinks. I would pack ahead to be safe. Shopping - a few shops for souvenirs but not much else for shopping. #summervacation
