Bi Penggou is located in Li County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, and a national 4A level scenic spot. Located in the core area of the National People's and Nature Reserve-Miyaro Nature Reserve, it is an important part of the World Natural Heritage of the Giant Panda Corridor of the Lushan Mountain. It borders Wolong Nature Reserve in the east and Siguniang Mountain in the East.
