New Zealand Vlog | Lake Tekapo + Lake Pukaki

Lake Tekapo and Lake Pukaki were some of the most stunning sights on this trip, where the snowy mountains and lakes complement each other beautifully. I can say that I took many of my life's photos here. 📍 Aotea Gifts (Tekapo): The most beautiful snowy mountain lake in the South Island, with a small Church of the Good Shepherd by the lake. Tekapo is also a famous stargazing town, but you must choose the right date for stargazing, preferably at the beginning or end of the lunar month. We were there during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the moon was too bright, affecting the stargazing experience, and it was really too cold at night. The scenery is beyond words, stunningly beautiful, and photogenic from any angle, making it a must-visit destination in New Zealand. 📍 Lake Pukaki: Not far from Lake Tekapo, New Zealand has many lakes, and the average standard is very high. The drive to Lake Pukaki is also incredibly scenic, with a cinematic feel to the highway. Lake Pukaki is also famous for its salmon, but unfortunately, it was sold out when we visited, so we missed out. The snowy mountains around Lake Pukaki have the highest snow and ice coverage, looking very much like glaciers from a distance, and are also very photogenic. New Zealand's snowy mountain lakes are all top-notch attractions, but of course, the most beautiful scenery is always on the road.
