On a sunny day, I stepped into Zhouzhuang with great anticipation and was instantly surrounded by the unique scenery of Jiangnan. Walking in Zhouzhuang, time seems to flow backward. The ancient stone bridge majestically spans the river, which flows quietly like a lively ribbon, whispering stories of the past. The winding bluestone road is like a gentle guide, leading me through the ancient buildings with white walls and black tiles. The staggered houses are like artistic treasures left by time, and the willow branches hanging over the water are like the lively brushstrokes of nature, together forming a beautiful picture of the water town. The small shops along the street are full of various special souvenirs, each of which seems to carry a piece of history. For a moment, I felt like I had traveled through time and space and had a deep conversation with the past. When night falls and the lights come on, Zhouzhuang presents another charming scene. At night, I took a boat ride and slowly moved forward with the rhythmic sound of the boatman's oars. The picturesque scenery on both sides of the river is dreamlike under the lights, and the breeze brings a trace of moisture, which seems to tell the tenderness of the water town, making people intoxicated and unable to extricate themselves. The short and beautiful time in Zhouzhuang is like a bright star that lights up my journey. Every plant, tree, bridge, and water here is deeply imprinted in my heart, becoming an indelible scenery in my memory.
