The Delta is okay, at least the low price can attract some individual tourists and Marriott members to check in. The Banyan Tree gives people the feeling that it is really on the verge of bankruptcy. . The hotel itself is very distinctive. First of all, it is secluded enough. It takes more than 20 kilometers of mountain roads to reach. At the same time, the location can also be considered a cliff hotel. The guest rooms overlook the distance, and the difference with the Jiuzhaigou County town below the mountain is very large. But what's strange is that there are so many mountains near Jiuzhaigou County, but when you look out from the guest room, there is almost no feeling of colorful forests. However, not far from the national highway from the county to Mianyang, there are colorful forests all over the mountains. . The surrounding environment of the hotel is also quite good. There is a not small alpine lake, surrounded by an abandoned golf course, but there are still some traces of artificial turf remaining. Most of the landscape is still very primitive. There is no lack of lake and mountain colors here (see previous photos), and it is quiet with few people. You will only meet a few fishing enthusiasts who drive here. . So this is like a small scenic spot, it is very comfortable to walk around in the endless autumn colors. These should all be industries developed by the same owner. There used to be shuttle buses from the hotel, but this time it was very unpleasant and surprising. One day I wanted to go to the lake, so I asked the front desk if there was a shuttle bus to take me there. The front desk made a phone call, and the result was that they said they would take me around the lake for 100 yuan. The lake itself is not big, and it's probably only about one kilometer around. I said just send me to the lake, I will stroll around by myself, but they didn't come to pick me up, and the hotel front desk said that the car was maintained and couldn't be sent, so I had to walk there myself. . What's even more ridiculous is that when I walked back, there was a shuttle bus parked at the entrance of the lobby. During the few days of my stay, the hotel's various shuttle buses were happily coming and going. I didn't bother to say anything about this. It's only about one kilometer from the hotel lobby to the lake. The shuttle bus charges 100 yuan for a ride, and if you don't pay, they won't send you. Is this the Banyan Tree? . What's more interesting is that I met a group of people having a meeting in the lobby bar. Someone who looked like a hotel leader was saying, 'What business can we do if there are no guests? Let the rooms be empty, we are a high-end hotel, the price must not be reduced!' and so on. . Okay, as a Banyan Tree, 1000+ per night is normal, but not to mention that you are so biased, now even the most basic breakfast and shuttle bus cannot be provided normally. Even the signature spa, swimming pool and other public facilities of the Banyan Tree have been shut down. Do you still have the nerve to say this? . The hotel was originally not small in scale, and the supporting facilities were also very complete. The lobby and public areas were also quite beautiful. But as mentioned before, the spa is closed, the swimming pool is dry, the all-day restaurant is not open, the conference room and banquet hall are dusty and dilapidated, the children's playground and gym are unattended, and the only thing that is operating normally is the guest room. Living in a room with average hardware, looking at the average scenery, this money is really not worth it.
