The National Mosque Kaula Lampur

#malaysiatrip This mosque is specifically designed as a "national mosque" for Malaysia and can be quite obvious from its location near the Parliament and Perdana Botanical Gardens. Fitting with its status, its main prayer hall is expansive and is supported with large supporting halls on the outside for peak times, especially for Friday prayers. However, one of the problem is actually accessing the mosque. Although it is visible from the Pasar Seni MRT/LRT station and the Kuala Lumpur KTM station, access is tough with almost 1km worth of walking from the MRT/LRT station as the skywalks zigzag to weave through the Klang River, the KTM station, and the road in front of the mosque. However, the entire path is covered so it is quite comfortable.
