Wu Mountain's spring beauty

Yu Dafu said: Wu Mountain is good, first for its proximity, second for not being too high. In fact, there is no single Wu Mountain, but rather a combination of Zi Yang, Wu Gong, and Liang Dao mountains. Hence, there are many paths; there are nine main ones, and more than ten trails. There are also many ancient trees, including eleven 700-year-old camphor trees and one 500-year-old catalpa. Even more numerous are the temples; at their peak, there were seventy-two, but now only Baocheng Temple, Yaowang Temple, and Wugong Temple remain. In the old days, 'monasteries above the mountain, worldly dust below', but now the worldly dust swirls, with people drinking tea, playing cards, walking dogs, teasing birds, singing, dancing, and resting their feet, full of life and vigor.
