Central's Tai Kwun Giant Christmas Tree and Interactive Circus Performance

This Christmas, Tai Kwun will once again collaborate with the Hong Kong Jockey Club to host the 'Jockey Club x Tai Kwun - Small Acts, Great Fun 2024' event. From December 1, 2024, to January 1, 2025, they will bring a grand celebration full of festive atmosphere. A 12-meter-tall giant outdoor Christmas tree will stand in the center of Tai Kwun's Parade Ground. This Christmas tree is not only tall and magnificent but also decorated with dazzling lights, creating a magical fairy tale atmosphere throughout Tai Kwun. The exterior walls of the Tai Kwun heritage buildings will also be adorned with twinkling and charming lights, making you feel like you are in a dreamy Christmas kingdom. 🎅🎄 During the 'Jockey Club x Tai Kwun - Small Acts, Great Fun 2024' event, Tai Kwun will host multiple exciting performances, allowing everyone to enjoy a rich cultural and artistic experience during the festive season. Starting from December 14, Tai Kwun will hold the 'Tai Kwun Circus Season,' inviting international and local artists to participate and bring 12 brand new circus shows. These shows combine artistic elements with dramatic performances, including 'A Simple Space' by Australian acrobatics troupe Gravity & Other Myths, 'When the Door Opens' by a Belgian acrobatics team, and 'Yellow Three' which integrates fashion, music, and acrobatics. Audiences can enjoy jaw-dropping acrobatic performances, heartwarming and humorous clown acts up close, filling Tai Kwun with cheers and laughter. 🎪🌟
