High-Quality Spanish Lunch

Last time, I had dinner with friends at a Spanish restaurant in Causeway Bay, and it was quite good. So, this time, while buying books in Causeway Bay with my eldest, we decided to stop by for a comfortable lunch. The restaurant's decor is stylish and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable and chill. They also have outdoor seating. Using an iPad as the menu adds a modern touch, and they offer a wide variety of dishes. We ended up ordering a set lunch each, along with an appetizer, a special drink, and a dessert. Our set lunch included a drink, so I ordered an iced lemon tea. However, my eldest saw the beautiful special drink at the next table and wanted to try it, so we ordered a Dance Tonight, which features raspberry and lychee. It tasted great and was perfect for Instagram! For the appetizer, we had Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi. The scallops were large and thick, paired with Japanese sesame oil and yuzu vinegar, making them exceptionally fresh and sweet. The addition of caviar, fish roe, and yuzu bits enriched the texture, making it a memorable appetizer. Next came the lobster bisque from the set lunch. It was creamy and had a strong lobster flavor, proving to be a high-quality dish. The Ginger Orange Acorn-Fed Iberian Pork Rack was truly excellent. The meat was tender and juicy, with a hint of orange flavor that made it very refreshing. Don't miss the mashed potatoes; they were creamy and smooth. The Charcoal-Grilled Australian Lamb Rack with Sweet Pepper Aioli was visually stunning and tasted even better. The lamb was perfectly grilled, tender, and juicy, with a slight lamb aroma. Paired with the aioli, it was a perfect match. We concluded with a Basque Cheesecake with Ice Cream. The cheesecake was moist and smooth with a molten center, making it irresistible.
