The foam has a light and smooth texture, and the flavor is rich, sweet but not greasy. It is served with thin noodles that are quite slippery, with a soft yet firm texture. Accompanied by tender chicken breast and smoked slow-cooked pork char siu, it also comes with a soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, baby corn, onion pieces, green onions, and bamboo shoots, making for a rich variety of toppings. 🍜 Seafood Tonkotsu Dipping Noodles $82 +$10 Seaweed +$20 Slow-cooked Pork Char Siu The dipping noodles are also well-made, with a rich seafood broth that is flavorful without being overly salty.
