Hokkaido Trip - Self-Driving Tour - Asahikawa

After a night of rest, we checked out of our hotel room this morning, packed our luggage into the rental car, and set off for our destination, Asahikawa. After about an hour's drive, we arrived at our destination. There are many free parking spaces in front of Asahikawa Station, and a cable car goes up the mountain every 15 minutes. Even before going up the mountain, the blue sky and white clouds already made us very excited. 😎 Taking the cable car up the slope, we saw patches of golden and green colors below us, along with white tree trunks that had already shed their leaves. Upon reaching the top station, the staff gave a brief introduction to the visitors about some simple precautions, and we began our Asahikawa snow mountain journey. Since it was not yet winter, we didn't see the snow cover, but I could clearly see smoke rising from Asahikawa. Along the way, there were many crystal-clear ponds, such as Mirror Pond, Couple's Pond, and Shikimi Pond. Every angle was a perfect photo spot. ✌️ After about two hours, we descended the mountain. On the way down, we saw wetland plants and frost-covered surfaces.
