The angel of Abby

#getgoing2025 The Monastery of Trapistine was founded in 1898 by a nun sent from the French "Abbinery of Upsie". It is said that the nuns transmitted Christianity to Japan and devoted themselves to prayer every day. The impressive building with its brick exterior was rebuilt in 1927. The construction, which combines the Gothic style that spread around the 12th and 16th centuries and the Romanesque style of the 10th and 12th centuries, is worth a look. Anyone, regardless of religion or faith, can freely participate in Mass and clergy daily routines.
