Preparation: hiking shoes, trekking poles, quick-dry clothes, sun protection skin clothing, knee pads, hats. Bring insect repellent spray for children, as the sun can be quite draining, and plan for an average of 3 bottles of water per person, along with a simple meal (like toast or sandwiches). It can be very slippery when it rains, so it's not recommended to go then. It took a total of 4 hours because we walked, stopped, and took photos.
