Lady Slipper Orchid Conservation Center, Doi Inthanon

The Doi Inthanon Lady Slipper Orchid Conservation Center is located in the Doi Inthanon National Park. This center is a royal initiative project of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit. The center aims to research and breed the beautiful but nearly extinct Lady Slipper Orchid. It is also a source of knowledge for those interested in orchids. The center is beautifully landscaped with flower and orchid gardens. Many tourists visit the center in January of every year because the weather is cold and the pink cherry blossoms bloom along the lake, creating a beautiful sight. The Orchid Conservation Project was also the location for the TV drama “ตามรักคืนใจ” (Tam Rak Kuen Jai), in the scene where Mr. Singh takes Noona to see the beauty of the cherry blossoms. #DoiInthanon #NatureAttractions
