Alexandra Bridge - Interprovincial Bridge

Alexandra Bridge was built in 1898-1900 by the Dominion Bridge Company. I was walking along the Children's Museum/ National Museum of History in Gatineau and I wanted to go back to where I started walking near the Parliament. I actually ended up in the National Gallery of Canada. The bridge has a space for pedestrians, cyclists and motorists. It is a very important structure because there is an angle where you can see the back portion of the Parliament. #tripblazers #urbanexplorer
