Excellent, modern and luxurious

The Park Hyatt is an absolute gem in Beijing, located in the Chaoyang area. It's conveniently located near the CCTV headquarters and right by a metro station (Guomao). There's a mall at the bottom of the hotel so you'll have everything you need. The hotel itself is not located on the ground floor and you check in after taking an elevator. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is hip, modern and luxurious. Upon exiting the elevator you're greeted with a birds eye view of Beijing, which is breathtaking in itself. Staff are kind and courteous. You then take another elevator even higher to your room. Upon entering you're welcomed by a warm, modern, spacious and clean room. Each section of the room was intelligently separated yet still cohesive to the overall flow of the room. Everything worked perfectly and was an absolute joy to stay in. For me, what really stood out was the the view of the room. Being so high up, you'll get a lovely view of the Beijing CBD (if you're on that side). The couch was intelligently placed so you can enjoy this view comfortably at your leisure. Overall, an excellent stay, ticking all boxes on my list.
