First ever Christmas trip to Batam

Has been hearing lots of recommendations about travelling in Batam and finally had mine on Christmas eve 2023. Went there with my sibling and we had our stay at Grand Batam Hotel. Though it is not located in the centre, it is not too far from center (approx 5min trip to all the tourist spot/ restaurant). Since it is located away from center, we are free from the crowds and traffic jam with we value alot as we really wanted to relax ourselves from city life. We are able to converse in Bahasa which ease our journey and we are welcomed by all the drivers and staffs that we met. 3d2n is definitely not enough and will visit here again.
