The highlight of Cape Cod every July is the hydrangea festival P1-5 Heritage Museums & Gardens admission is $26 (many foreigners enter the garden without buying tickets as no one checks at the entrance). Parking is free and ample. Besides the hydrangeas in the garden, there is also a vintage car museum. This time, we visited 4 homes and all were nice. It’s recommended to visit homes of hydrangea association members P14-18 Chatham town has a small free parking lot at Fish Pier. There are also several free parking lots in town but they require a walk. The closest parking lot to Main St charges $15 per day and offers a shuttle to the pier or inn. Besides seeing hydrangeas, you can also visit the beach to see seals. The northern beach here is home to seals year-round

On the way back, it's a half-hour drive to the beach to watch the sunset 🌄 🏖️Mayflower Beach: Claimed to be the best white sand beach in the US. It was incredibly crowded, like dumplings in a pot!
