Comfort Inn Udaipur is a new & smart Hotel in Udaipur . Hotel is clean and staff's etiquettes are appreciable. Enjoyed the room's chic décor and bathroom cleanliness. Beds are very comfortable and enjoyed the special fruit basket . The Food is very good and thanks to Chef for all attention. Thanks to Mr. Pankaj & team for all attention and ensuring we shall enjoy the stay@Hotel. Will visit soon .

The hotel and the room were average. The room was clean, spacious with an average bathroom and shower area. There are major issues with the staff. The staff don’t listen when requested for amenities like drinking water, etc. they acknowledge and then forget to deliver. The hot water did not reach the showers and I was told it didn’t work and that they would look into it but they didn’t and simply ignored. The weather is cold in Udaipur and hot water is absolutely essential to bathe. The room was cold with no heating systems, not even a room heater. The bed sheets were torn. I had to remind them everyday to send me drinking water and even then they would forget. The location is good and easy to find. There is no one to help you with your bags. Overall my stay was an average experience.

Spacious rooms, quiet surroundings, highly approachable location, decent food options around, convenient to find travel & conveyance options and cooperative staff. Cons - toilets can be cleaner, warm water takes forever to get started (imagine throwing 3 cold water buckets in today's time) and tariffs that include breakfast are disproportionately higher.
