The location was not as near as google map states it is, for guests who walk with big luggage as there are several roads to cross. There is a construction site ongoing literally beside the hotel. Although we were not affected by the noise, it’s something to take note of. The receptionists were friendly. Room has more amenities than typical hotel (kitchen and dining table). However, they didn’t provide bedroom slippers which is disappointing because it’s quite basic. We arrived night time and check out early in the morning, so I think the price is too expensive to justify the stay.

Very close to the train station- a 10 minute walk. The room was very clean and spacious, with all amenities including a hair dryer. The aesthetics of the restaurant/breakfast area was very beautiful and a wide variety of choices for breakfast.

Mediocre for the price point. Location is good with two tram stations a short walk away and direct tram service to city centre. Aside from Raquel at the reception, staff were not particularly pleasant to deal with. Breakfast is a good spread. Property is showing its age and would benefit from a renovation.

Room was clean and surroundings have plenty of food and shops. Supermarket is also a stone’s throw away. We got a nice view of the river. Only thing was we had to wait an hour before we could check in as the room wasn’t ready, but the staff compensated us with late check out the next day. No complaints other than that!

Perfectly located within easy reach of the train station , major tourist attractions of the city and a large supermarket . Upon arrival we were cordially greeted by a receptionist with an absolutely lovely sense of humor. The hotel is small but it has all the things you’d need for a short stay. Will book again if we ever travel to Zurich again!

The location is good, its very near the train station. Once exit from the hotel and we at right at the main street. It happened to ve where the christmas market begins. All the popular chocolatier are just around the corners for souvenirs from Switzerland. Room was decent, but the only and major downside, there's too many stairs. It'll be good to include a narrow ramp next to the stairs to allow us to drag our extremely heavy luggage. I think its because we checked in at night, there's not enough staff to assist us. Even on the way to our room, we had a small steps to overcome. 🤦‍♀️ I mean eventually its still manageable but it'll be a great help with the narrow ramp. *Attached a photo extracted online of the entrance to show the Entrance stairs for reference* As we are exhausted from our travel we didnt remember to take any photos of the hotel. We were stunt by the no. of steps at the entrance for a few moments, literally. 😅

Staff were very nice. But the rooms smelled with body odors. The pillows and bed itself smelled bad. Shower ceiling had fugues and mold. Elevator can only fit 3 adults.

Good location, only 20 minutes walking from the main train station and 9 minutes in public transport with several options to travel around the city. They allow you to use their microwave and kitchenware if you bring your own food. Breakfast does not worth for the price you paid. Highly recommended if you are coming to Zurich for few days.

Trip Inn Zurich Hotel is a cheap budget hotel which met our expectation for a simple accommodation. Also, the supermarket is just around the corner. However, we can’t seem to have an option not to have the staff from coming in to clean our room whenever we are out for an activity. We prefer to have more privacy as we do keep some of our less important belongings in the room. Overall, it is a good experience.
