I booked an apartment for two and it was perfect in terms of location (just a stone's throw from Ezcaray, with all the amenities you need), comfort, and everything was very clean. Plus, if you're traveling with your pet, they have a sheet ready for the sofa in case your pet likes to be cozy (a really nice touch). Ainhoa ​​(the receptionist) was super friendly and very attentive, making sure your stay was as pleasant as possible. She more than did her job. Excellent service. And I highly recommend the apartments. Thanks again for everything!

Excellent experience. We had a problem with the booking (on our end), but Ainhoa, even outside of her working hours, came to the apartments and resolved everything immediately with impeccable service. We were initially only going to stay one night, but we were so comfortable that we decided to extend our stay by another night. We traveled with our pet and felt right at home. The apartment includes a basic welcome pack (dishwasher tablet, dish soap, and sponge), as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. They also allow pets on the sofa and provide a sheet to protect it, a very thoughtful touch. Overall, the apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. We especially want to highlight Ainhoa's exceptional service. Thank you so much. If we return to Ezcaray, we will definitely stay here again.

I'm so tired of staying in pet-friendly or pet-friendly places and getting the worst room at the highest price. It's rare to find a decent room and pay extra to bring my dog. The fee for bringing your dog to accommodation ranges from €10 to €30 per night; sometimes it's free, but that's rare. In short, we stayed in these apartments. They gave us a ground-floor room, dark and with no view. We stayed in August, and I made the reservation in December of the previous year. I don't think it was the last room available; it was booked nine months earlier. I suppose it's the room designated for dogs and their poor owners who have to put up with the worst while paying the most. By the way, when we entered the room, it didn't smell like dog, but it smelled strongly of fried chicken, which was repulsive. In short, you have to pay a high price in every sense to want to give your pet a good life, and many accommodations take advantage of this. My dog ​​doesn't make a mess at all. I'm very careful, and he's also hairless, so he doesn't shed. Pet owners deserve decent rooms just like everyone else. Besides paying, we should be grateful that you let us bring our pets. Everything is terrible.

Hemos pasado unos días en familia muy agradables. Los apartamentos tienen todo lo que necesitas. A menos de 3’ de Ezcaray en coche y 15’ a pie.

Très calme mais des améliorations sont à apporter Bien que j'aie eu une très bonne impression à mon arrivée, j'ai dû signalé quelques problèmes auxquels je n'ai pas eu de réponse pendant le séjour : la connexion Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas. La porte du lave-vaisselle était tachée. Le canapé n'était pas très propre (cheveux et autres), et l'étendoir est très rouillé et cassé par endroits. Néanmoins l'endroit est très calme, il y a quelques places de parking en bas de l'immeuble. Pour aller au restaurant ou au supermarché, il vous faudra prendre la voiture.

He ido muchas veces, durante más de diez años. Cada vez, más caro y peor. La tendencia es que le falta lustre, mantenimiento, personal …. Poco a poco va languideciendo. Con todo, aún conserva algo de la prestancia inicial y son apartamentos aceptables. Pero la relación calidad/ precio se va haciendo cada vez, más crítica. La recepción lenta, la terraza sucia, la ducha medio rota …. Volvería ir??? Pues creo que si….Si se ponen a trabajar y no suben los precios, es un sitio agradable.

INMERSIÓN EN LA NATURALEZA Estupenda ubicación. Total tranquilidad anclado en una estupenda urbanización en medio de la sierra. Cercanía y perfecta comunicación con Ezcaray. Apartamento cómodo, coquetísimo y amplio, totalmente equipado, incluso con lavadora y lavavajillas.
