酒店估計以前曾經很輝煌吧，畢竟時間長了，有些設施比較老舊，附近也有美食，房間也很大，就是池子設計不太理想！衞生打掃一般吧！酒店裡麪的服務態度很好！

周邊環境一般，入住後發現房間的煙灰缸內還留有煙頭煙灰未清理。温泉水放出來是黃黑色的，換了三次水也依然如此，找服務員也無法解決，退房時還説其他房間都無這種情況，就是這個房間如此，讓人無語。

服務態度差，房間泡池設定不合理，二房一廳衹有一個衞生間。還是在温泉池裡。房間老舊，空調噪音大，隔音不好。

環境差，衞生差，服務態度一般，拿瓶水都要另外收費，真是無語，裏面的衞生真是，毛巾都黑黃的……泡池更加無語……外面又裝修，天沒亮，就好嘈

住的是室內有温泉池房間，總體感覺好。乾淨整潔，設施齊全，室內泡池佈局合理，使用方便。服務方面，突出了酒店的特點，有事內線電話一呼即應。另，免費停車場，周邊飯店多也是要讚的。

房間衞生一般，我們入住的時候，還有一些上個住户留下的垃圾，泡温泉衹開了兩三個小池，樓下的泳池都沒有開，酒店食肆比較多，但價格不便宜。

全部設施完善了之後還是不錯的，目前正在完善中，所以比較臟，比較亂，很多都沒得玩，有的玩的也是有時間限制的。部分房間的水温不高，所以讓人很不爽，希望能繼續改善

前台電話經常無人接聽，温泉和泳池不是全天開放，早上11點去温泉被工作人員阻止。晚上停電5，6次，熱到晚上無法睡好，要求晚退房一小時，都遭到拒絕。絕不會再來。
