Imperial Palace Hot Spring & Resort

This is my first time in Heyuan. It is convenient to travel. You can get off the expressway and walk a short distance to the hotel. The lobby service is satisfactory and the staff are enthusiastic. The room is very clean and tidy. I am more concerned about this because I have children. The hygiene is quite good. The hot spring is not far from where I live. The first large pool is very lively and is very suitable for children. There are many different pools as you walk inside, which is also suitable for small family gatherings. There are many kinds of self-service hot water drinks and snacks. The buffet breakfast on the second day was also very good. I recommend trying the noodle soup. Overall worth a visit.

Taking advantage of the lukewarm weather, I wanted to soak in a hot spring to get rid of the humidity. I finally made a guide and took my family and friends to Yulinmen! There are quite a few hot spring pools, so you don’t have to worry about crowds or not having enough pools! There is also a steam room with complete facilities. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The stay is very comfortable. The scenery outside the window is beautiful and makes you feel happy! The included breakfast buffet is also nutritious and delicious, with a wide variety of clean and hygienic ingredients. Heyuan rice noodles and meatballs are my favorites. There is a restaurant in the hotel with reasonable prices. The surrounding farmhouse restaurants are not far from the hotel. There are also fireworks to watch in the evening. , very beautiful, it is suitable to bring family and friends, everyone had a great time and came back~

The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, the room is clean, and the hot spring water quality is good. What needs improvement is: the waiter in the hot spring area is really speechless. We have children and adults. One of the women is inconvenient to go to the hot spring. Of course she doesn't want to buy a ticket, so she just goes in to look after the child. The waiter says she can't do it without buying a ticket. Come on, can't this really be handled humanely? It's like buying a ticket to go in and watch the children.

The room is very dilapidated. The hot spring water is real and very slippery after soaking in it.

I only opened a few pools, the service was poor, and the steam was not opened. A very bad experience

The accommodation environment is good, but the hot spring is too far away from this shower place.

酒店風景好，環境優美，房間以東南亞的風格 温泉就在住房裡麪進幾百米，走路3分鐘左右，温泉池有很多個，温度有高有低，各種温泉池 早餐是自助，，很豐盛，有很多都是喜歡吃的 酒店的服務一流，每個服務員態度都不錯，來這個酒店主要是温泉很正

酒店豪華大氣全部都是東南亞風格的，房間很大，衞生做的很乾凈，服務熱情，酒店當天的客人很多，工作人員忙而不亂，看來培訓的很好 温泉區的温泉讀書温度一直 保持40度左右 ，温泉區有免費的水果和茶飲

景區特別大，看到很多建築和椰子樹，裏面很多樹都是熱帶植物，所以整個景區看起來就有點像泰國一些地區風格，河源的温泉也比較出名的，所以這裏的温泉真正天然温泉，泡了對皮膚很好，早上起來跑跑步。
